Whether you are an athlete, a first timer on pilates equipment, pregnant, recovering from an injury or a pilates enthusiast, one on one sessions are the perfect match to address your personal needs and unique body.
You will experience tailored sessions that combine mat work plus machine based Pilates that will make the training enjoyable, effective and ensure your continued progress.
PRIVATE ONE-TO-ONE PILATES IN WOODFORD

Semiprivate sessions allow you to share lovely time and costs with a friend, relative, colleague or other half, where each part gets a personalized set of exercises based on their specific needs.
DUETS PILATES SESSIONS
£45 per person per session

This circuit based class keeps the cost low whilst maintaining individual attention with numbers limited to 3 people per class. The instructor will set up 2-3 exercises per station which will complement each other, incorporating mat work and machine based Pilates. If you are not familiar with pilates apparatus or have injuries relevant to the workout, for this sessions it is highly recommended to have a private session beforehand

Silvia Caponera - Founder
Silvia is profoundly amazed by human nature and movement. Her interest in various disciplines - classical ballet, gymnastics, Capoeira and functional training amongst others - made her realize how essential Pilates is to strengthen body awareness and discover one’s full potential. She teaches Pilates as a universal language to maintain a strong brain to muscle communication at every life stage. So during her sessions expect your body to be more 'talkative' than ever, and be ready to listen to what it has to say! She will support you to stay aware, move safely and efficiently.
Silvia qualified as a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher at Body Art Science International (BASI) in Wimbledon and expanded her repertoire to the use of Pilates apparatus as well as mat work. She holds BASI Pre and Post Natal certificate, Pilates for Injuries and Pathologies certificate and a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science which gave her a deeper understanding of the body mechanics, enhancing her ability to read movement patterns.
Her technique aims to help restore body awareness by performing precise and highly effective movements.
